I'm getting a rumbling from the back of our E320 estate when braking at any speed over about 4o mph and I'm told this is 99% certain to be warped rear disks.
Looking on the German and Swedish car parts web site they list two types of discs - a solid disc and a Brembo ventilated disc.

Which is the best one for the '94 MY E320 estate????

if i am correct the ventilated discs are for your front wheels,

the non vented ones are for the back

so please do verify that again

You really don't have much choice. You've got to fit the same as existing, so just give the chassis number to your disc supplier and he should deliver the right ones. Changing discs from solid to vented or (strangely) vise versa will require a different brake caliper (wider disc and different offset) and probably a change of master cylinder as well.

Thanks to all - will get the chassis no. and talk to G&S.
Also need to sort out the link on the back axle - when towing there's a noticeable "twitch" from the rear end which isn't coming from the caravan!!!

Discs - 320 est.

New disc thickness for the 320 estate is listed as (>1992) 22 mm, (1992>) 25 mm for the front and 20 mm for the rear, so are certainly vented as the solid discs are half this thickness.
