Dear all,

I wish to replace the front bumper of my W124. I have a replacement, in the correct colour. How easy is this job to complete? Can anyone recommend a body shop for this simple job in the North London area?

Best wishes,

ShivaYash

Four bolts behind the bumper - 13s from memory - plus one each side accessible from inside the wing

The side ones are prone to rusting solid. If they snap, don't worry. When refitting, just locate the bumper in the correct place and drill a new mounting hole through the bracket into the mount

Don't forget to remove & refit the OTG sensor if fitted
