having a bit of a problem with my heated rear window and need a bit of help to sort it out please.here we go.when i press the switch to put the hrw on the light comes on but the window will not demist.had a look at the fuse but looks ok.tried to gat at the spades on the window it's self but cant find them(any ideas where they are) but seems strange that the light comes on,on the switch but nothing happens.would be very grateful for any help.thanks.my car is a 250 diesel 1995 saloon

Your control unit goes to the relay 078 and from there to the rear glass, the connectors to the glass are normally on the near side.

thanks malcolm.sorry i,ve been so long replying but have just returned from a job in glasgow(very friendly people and nice beer)will have a look at the weekend when i get a bit of time thanks again gissy.
