w124 old type of Key Conversion to flip key fob

I have old type of key for my mercedes w124 e220 and sperate alarm fob, is there a way for getting converted in to a flip key fob all in one.

please help

I don't think you're gonna have much luck. My 124 is the same, with a seperate Alarm Fob and Key. The alarm on mine , although Mercedes approved is retrofitted, albeit from new, by an independant alarm company (Scorpion Alarms, Manchester way) before Mercedes fitted them 'in-house' and is the reason they are separate. If you do manage to do it though, please let me know as I understand the annoyance of the two being separate!
