W124 Rear Wing repairs

Hi, I have just bought from a good friend a 1990 W124 300TE Estate with a lot of miles on the clock and little history! It has rust just below the rear window on each side which I believe to be a common fault on such a 30 year old car. Interested to know of any recommended repairers in the Essex/Kent area that could do a proper job on this. Thereafter I intend on slowly checking it over and renovating the car to be able to use it regularly. Any help on parts sourcing and specialists would be great

Depending on how bad it is, the metal will need to be cut out and new metal welded in and painted.

A good job can be done, but it will be quite costly.

Yes it is quotes a patch on each wing about a 50 p piece size. And I realise it will need cutting out and replacing with fresh metal.
Cab anyone recommend someone ?

Ah that's not horrendous then.
