Just a silly thing really, The drivers seat upright on my 300E keeps collapsing.
The position adjuster knob gets it back upright then its ok for a bit. Then I?ll get in or out and whoops! its gone again.
Now this seat is a bit worn, its cloth sort of mushroom colour.
So my options are repair the mechanism and seat covers until I can afford a leather interior, or buy a single seat to match from somewhere.
Has any body seen this fault and have any idea how to fix it?
