W124 Sunroof

Sunroof is only working on driver side of roof, the nearside is quite floppy, it is in the tilt position, the drivers side can be made to close the off side stay's open by about 3/8th of an inch, does this sound like cable trouble? Car is 1993 200 TE with 174k miles.How does the headlining come down so that you can see the mechanism.

Discovered the small casting on passenger side has broken, so I will have to find a supplier, any suggestions!

I would imagine this to be a specific MB part.
