w126 500 sec '83 cylinder gasket search

before I start forgive my inability to understand what is probably straightforward to anyone with any engine-related expertise! is a head gasket the same as a cylinder head gasket? my old 500sec has got gasket problems, so i am told. looking at the engine from the front the 4 pipes (= engine manifold?? or exhaust manifold??)that come out of the cylinder head on the left hand side (its a V8, so I think there are 2 cylinder heads) are noisy, and I am reliably informed i have a gasket problem, but task of finding the right sort of gasket has proved frustrating; there are so many different types of gasket. on eurocarparts i can find the following gaskets only for such an old model:

GLASER HEAD SET L.H M117(9623458) 107 126 (500-560 MODELS) 80-91
LH £45.06
GLASER H.SET 2I RH £43.19

i presume the RH set would be correct, if either. if i'm barking up the wrong tree, could anyone suggest where i might find the proper gasket? or should i just buy this K-seal stuff off ebay at £12.99?

head gasket isnt the same as the exhaust gasket , those parts you list arent what you need , you need to contact them regarding this part. i suggest getting the proper gasket , as the tempratures involved will likely fail with sealant types.
