W126 Electric rear seats

Is it possible to put the electric rear seat into a non electric rear seat car? Possibilty of getting a leather interior for the SEL, but need to know if

1) its possible,
2) need any additional brackets etc

Not concerned with making the electrickery work at the moment, just getting it installed safely and securely
