w126 sec/sel convertible

Interested to find information about companies that might be able chop the roof off a w126 560 sec/sel and make soft top. Appreciate this may well be just a pipedream, bit easy to stiffen up smaller bhp/kilo cars. Would be quite special consideing the money if possible though.

well the SEC is certainly the easiest you will need a hell of a lot of strengthening to do it to a four door and keep it four door.
i have a book i bought in germany on an auto jumble a few years ago with allsorts of conversions in it .

im about to embark on a w124 conversion to a pickup so will be looking for advice for that.
will let you know later if there are any names in the book of companies still around
i do know one thing it will not be cheap
