I have a 97 s class. Any ideas how to change the bulbs in the dash?? I've had a few go out.

You need to pull out the cluster.

You'll need the special tools to remove it, which you can buy from MB :

Part no. 1405890233

They cost about 6 pounds + vat.

Once you have then insert them in the 10 and 2 o'clock positions and pull simultaneously. (Adjust the steering wheel so its as far out and low as possible).

There is only one multi point loom on the back of the cluster, whih you unclip and the cluster will come out.

The bulbs will need to be obtained from MB too. They are color coded in terms of wattage, to make it easier.
