w163 radio probs

just a small prob,when i tune my radio to am the reception is great,then i hit a bump and it goes faint?then i hit another bump it comes back?i realise its a loose connection but anyone know where to start looking?cheers

fm and cd fine just medium wave ?

As it is only doing it on the MW band the fault is within the radio head unit, you dont find many using that band anymore
