W164 320cdi check engine code a2513

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and I am looking for some help. This is my first mb vehicle, and it throwing check engine light. The code is a2513 inlet port shuttoff, signals fault (permanent).
I have replaced the 2 red seals and cleaned the surroundings but the code is still on. Car refuses to go over 3krpm. Any help appreciated.

Just off my head, but is that not the motor sticking or faulty. Take off the power connection, put a 4.7ohm resistor between the two inside connections and see if that will sort it-as in will get rid of the light and limp mode
you may need to delete the code.

The shuttoff motor is dead. I have to replace it, or use this resistor mod. Leaning to a new motor.. although it's a bit expensive to replace.

BTW do not continue to drive the car continuously with the code as it will not do a regen and may lead to bigger problems with the DPF etc

Car is sorted, inlet port motor is replaced. It drives
