W164 Bluetooth

Is there a standard command unit that supports Bluetooth on the ml w164? I have a 2007 Ml420 and really miss Bluetooth music from my phone. Don't really want to fit an after market unit.
If there is a later version would it need programming?

There should be a UHI dock in the armrest/ centre console. This will allow the phone to work as long as you buy the adapter. The head unit changed in about 2009 and the Bluetooth was built in, but just the phone, not streaming tunes IIRC.
