w168 oil warning

hello. i have a 2001 140 a-class, which has started telling me the oil is high, then within 20 minutes telling me it's low. oil level as you can guess is fine.
anyone else come across this? thanks

it's had 2 full oil changes in last 12 months, still does it. am on the verge of disconnecting the warning buzzer, but imagine i'll have egg on my face one day

You need a new oil level sensor.

207 D (1979) oil change help

i am travelling through france and germany with my camper van ...can anyone tell me which engine oil to use ...yes incredible as it may seem i thought my manual was onboard...it happens...my knowledge of this van/engines is limited ... if someone could illuminate me i would appreciate it very much !
