hi guys and gals
i changed the summer wheels on my wifes A150 to winter wheels (supplied with the car), these are standard steel black wheels with soft rubber winter tires on, the job went fine and all looks good however on the dash board shes getting a message about 'air in tire is low pressure' or similar (i didn't see the message)

so, having looked at all 4 tires, none of them seem low in air, what is generating this message ? is it a sensor on one of the wheel hubs or what ?

You need to reset the tyre pressure warning in the cluster. I imagine it's the ABS based system so the car needs to be told the pressures are correct. Will only work with IGN on and then drive the car for a few kilometers

ok so does the warning mean nothing then, is it just safe to ignore/reset ?

If the pressures are correct then reset it.
