W169 Auto gears slip when hot

Hello everyone
I have an 05 a class auto it runs fine untill the temp reaches around 80 degrees then the gears slipped and it sometimes goes into lump mode Does anyone know why this might happen ? Thanks Arthur

You really need to take the car to a Mercedes specialist (not a main dealer) for diagnosis.
It could be a number of things including low transmission fluid, but a decent Mercedes specialist should be able to find and fix the problem.

Where are you located so someone may be able to recommend a specialist?

Hi Thanks for your response the name of a local specious would be useful but I was hoping to find an owner who had had a similar problem and found a solution I'm In Fulham in London
