w169 belt tensioner

Hi i have 07 an A class 20 diesel . the belt tensioner is buzzing . I have tried a couple of local repair shops but they dont want to take it on . does anyone know where i can get it done in or around sheffield . thanks for any help Dave

Sorry I was thinking of Damas.
I knew it started with a D and was in that "area".

Little bit of a run but you have an independent specialist on Radford road in Mansfield (sorry I can’t remember their name at the moment) or a bit further I use MBCentre in Nottingham

I have used https://thegaragesheffield.co.uk/Mercedes-Servicing.aspx in the past. They're in Sheffield and although their main page says they're VW specialists, they also say they have Mercedes-trained mechanics and Star. Otherwise, Autotechnic are out near Meadowhall. And Europa are a proper, certified Mercedes service agent but typically are a bit cheaper than the dealership.

Thanks to everyone for their help and info . what a great helpful site I appreciate everyone's contribution I have a few possibilities now ,it is just a case of when they can fit me in .
