My wife's car has had a recall (late 2018 A200) and in the letter it states "a possible loss of directional control cannot be ruled out". The earliest the dealer can deal with this is into July. It took over 24 hours to actually get the dealer to answer phone as they are inundated with calls about recalls apparently. I find the whole situation totally unacceptable. Has anyone else had this?
