W202 1997 Head Lights

I dont seem to be getting full benefit out of particulary my low beam light. The streght of the beam seems to end up 2/3 yards ahead. I am able to get both high beam and low beam but of poor strength. Could some one advise please on the way forward.:confused:

Is your adjuster wheel next to the switch at 3, it should be at zero if not towing heavy luggage in rear or passengers etc.
If it is at zero and still no better then a vacum leak is to blame
