W202 Amg C55?

Afternoon ladies and gents. Just wondering if anyone knows if any of the 30 W202 C55's ever made it in to the UK and if so has anyone ever seen one for sale over here? At the time they cost a disgusting amount of cash as you had to order a C43 first and then send it back to AMG along with about £25k+ more to get the 5.5L engine put in + some other little odds & tweaks. Just thinking that it would be the ultimate W202 really. Not that I'm unhappy with my C43, just curious to know how many of the C55 conversions survived and/or made it over to the UK...?

I saw one a few weeks ago for sale think it was somewhere in the region of £20,000, it did,nt look any different to a C43 at all inside, outside or under the bonnet.
I have read that to put the E55 engine in C43 was a direct swap and i believe the front suspension and brakes of a C43 are the same as a E55 too.
Agreed a C55 would be an awesome beast indeed!
Anyone breaking an E55?
