ive got a problem with my central locking, ive lost the remote keys, im using the master keys,
the central locking worked with the passenger side door until last night, i tried to open the driver door and only the driver door opened, i then tried the passenger door and the boot along with the central locking switch on the dash, nothing happened, the fuel filler cap was still locked, i used the manual pull in the boot to open it,

now the keys wont open the driver door and i have to open everything else individually:confused:

im guessing the relay or the pump im not a mechanic and im going on holiday tomarrow to ireland it's a long way to drive plus the car can be easily broken in to now

!!can anybody help!!... thanks...

you mention 'master keys' what on earth is that ? a key with no remote capabilities ? please confirm

if you still have access to a remote key then look at this post.

http://forums.mercedesclub.org.uk/showthread.php?t=26895

all you may have to do is resync the key, or replace its batteries and then resync (scroll to the bottom for that info)

alternatively if only one door is opening at a time you may have a vacuum tube loose somewhere as the 4 doors (plus boot and petrol cover) are all linked together via vacuum

a common area for the vacuum hoses to come undone is the headlights or somewhere in or around the vacuum pump itself (usually located in the back seat passengers footwell)

let us know how you get on

cheers
