Just get a brake bleeding kit, you only need the single pipe one. nothing special with ABS just start at the rear furthest away say 9 pumps, or enough to get the reservoir to the to the bottom but not out of sight then top up and a further 9 pumps and carry on with the other rear 8 pumps, then the front 4 pumps each, keep you eyes on the tank all the time, and dont let it run out

Better still, what I do is before pumping the fluid through, I empty the resevoir using a medical syringe, and fill it with new fluid.

Then I start the bleeding process. That was you get the clean fluid coming through a lot quicker.

To change the fluid that is inside the caliper cylinders push the caliper pistons back whilst the bleed nipple is open. If this is not done the calipers remain full of old tired brake fluid and the protection that new fluid offers to their seals will not be in place.

A good point from wireman, many garages just push the pistons back pushing rubish into the ABS pump and this is bad pratice when the car is a few years old
