w202 gearbox oil change help pls

im looking for help what is the oil used for a early w202 93/97 and is it an easy job to change it
how much oil :!::!::!::!::!::!::!:need and the grade of oil pls

Early cars have the 722.5 box and the later mid 96 on the 722.6.
