W202 headlamp bulb

Does anybody know the type/rating of the bulb in a '98R w202?
I am working away at the moment and want to order a set on the www.

Dipped beam 55W H7
Main beam 55W H1
Fog 55W H1

I've just fitted Halford's 50% brighter and they are good.

Access is a bit of a fiddle - you'll need the manual dexterity of a gynaecologist.
