W202 Heater

Hi
The passenger side Heater on my C250 TD has stopped working. Only cold air comes out from the outlets, heater control wheel doing nothing.
Drivers side seems to be working normally and heater control wheel is altering temp ok. Blower is ok also.
Just no heat whatsoever from passenger side, cold air only.

Hello and welcome,,the fault should be the duo valve stuck, thats 117 in the link, there is info in the DIY section on how to service this part.

Hi Malcom
Checked the duo valves as you said, just required a very light tap on the inside one with screwdriver.Heater working perfectly again now. If it happens again Ill service as per the instructions in the DIY section you suggested.
