I've done a search regarding this but it seems it could be numerous things so thought I'd have a thread.
The car is a 1995 C180 Auto Elegance (If that’s relevant?)
I’ve had it since Jan of this year and it seems to have developed a gradual oil leak. It started out as a couple of spots but they seem to be getting bigger now as time goes on. I’ve kept an eye on the level which put the light on on Saturday, so I think its time I got it sorted if I want to keep the car!
The oil seems to be running down the drivers side of the sump and dripping off near the front, however, when looking under the car, it seems that the fan has blown the oil everywhere making diagnosis a bit tricky.
I’m really hoping its something simple so I’d like to start with the simple things it could be and work down the difficult list if possible.
Any help or suggestions will be gratefully received
