I don't think the W202 does. The mirror will pull in, but whether it's spring loaded to pop back out again I can't remember. Try giving it a tug, it will pop in as a safety measure in case it hits a pedestrian so you won't harm it.
The mirror is spring loaded - with quite a strong spring. We tried using a small wedge of wood to keep the nearside mirror folded when the car was in the garage - a tight fit with all the junk stored in there as well
Unfortunately, after a few months the plastic hook on the mirror housing that the spring attaches to broke! Needed a new part - cant remember how much, but enough to make me move some junk in the garage and leave the mirror where it is!
I agree with 'grayb'. The mirrors are spring-loaded and it takes quite some force to fold them.
I attempted to fold one or other mirrors in when I'm parked near my home because the road is quite narrow. It's not unusual to see evidence of wing mirror damage in my road.
Like 'grayb' I decided to leave well alone and I now park in a wider stretch of road.
