hi all, i have a w202 250td, has anyone come across my brake problem, when lifting my foot off the pedal sometimes it feels as though the pedal doesn't follow my foot-catching up after a very brief wait [sticky]. it has on two occasions made it necessary for me to pull in; and after operating the foot brake all is well again, could this be linked to the foot brake switch ?

I'm not sure what the problem is, aside from the fact that it's possibly serious so whatever you do, don't leave it - I'd be in a workshop within the day. However, I'm afraid no it isn't the switch, that only affects the electronics. It sounds like a problem with the power assistance.
