I'm having all sorts of issues with my front brakes juddering & after a lot of googling I've concluded the discs must be warped (even though I only had them replaced with Brembo discs a couple of months ago -by monkeys apparently) So, before I shell out on some new discs are there any basic tests i need to do to check its the discs causing the juddering rather then anything else like loose or broken suspension parts/callipers etc

Assuming its just the discs; this time I want to buy genuine Mercedes discs but after a bit of searching I can only find discs for w204/w205. I have a 2005 (w203) c-class 220d, avantgarde with the amg pack drilled discs. Does anyone know:-

1) Where I can get these discs from - (Mercedes dealership?)
2) Do i need any special tools to replace them myself this time?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Could well be the calliper not sliding freely - this will quickly damage the discs CMS lead to your issues

Not special tools as such, but when I did the pads on my R Class I needed a 9mm & 11mm hex drive for the sliding caliper ..... not sizes that you'd normally expect in a set.

Were the contact surfaces, disc to hub, cleaned before fitting new discs?
Also as Blobcat the above post.
Good call on the hub, I had some small rust build ups preventing my discs from sitting fully flush. Removed and all good

Thanks for the input guys, it's much appreciated! I had these new Brembo discs fitted at a garage, so chances are they didn't clean the hubs - I think @Bobcat's suggestion about a sticky piston in the calliper could be spot on as the last set I had didn't last very long before having the same issue - I just never connected the dots! Common factors being the same garage fitting the discs (fitment issues) and the calliper - so I'll order a rebuild kit (if they do one) as well as some new discs & pads.

I got a caliper seal kit for Emily's Yaris from Brake International https://www.brakesint.co.uk/ New piston & seals were around £20 however ...... many many moons ago I bought front discs for my Senator from them & within 3 or 4 thousand miles I had problems with them ... warped or disc thickness variation & swore then I would only buy discs from a dealer

Important to check the hub surfaces are spotless as above, it makes a big difference on W209'W203. Worth checking run out of the hubs whilst you have the discs off as well.

Before replacing. Remove check Seating surface possibly not cleaned properly that will cause judder
Before now I have chosen a quiet lane and clamped off the line flex one by one . This determines which side if any is primary cause mole griips with cardboard to protect flexy or dedicated flex clamp
Be very aware of likely hood of car pulling to one side (firm grip on steering) also note origional speed that judder occurs. And aim for that on test. Again find quiet lane with decent straight.
Once identified strip offending side as mentioned above.

I bought and fitted a full set of brembo discs and pads to a c class maybe 4 years ago now.
Bought from ecp.
Fronts warped in a couple of thousand miles, no hard driving, just commuting.
I replaced the front discs and pads with eischer and they've been fine since. 20k miles later.
My conclusion was the brembo were fake parts.
