Can anyone please tell me the best way to measure the oil in the gearbox of a 722.6 auto box?

Hello again Make one as in the DIY section with a piece of curtain wire,,that does the job perfectly

Dougie03 - I have had the exact same problem on my 55-plate C220 CDI Coupe - the sudden jerk then free-revs, etc.

Could you let me know how and if you've sorted the problem please...
