Hi All,
I don't often get to drive "my" car these days, usually She Who Must Be Obeyed takes it for the day and I get the honour of using the spare car (97 Nissan Micra). However the other day, on a cold and frosty morning I had to drive the Merc and noticed that both the driver's side and passenger's side mirrors did not defrost themselves. I don't know for sure but I seem to remember from the days when I drove the car regularly that these mirrors were heated and cleared themselves fairly quickly.
Is my memory deceiving me or should the mirrors actually get warm and defrost themselves or is it perhaps a figment of my imagination ?
Recently (couple of months ago), the car was in the garage to have the Mass Air Flow sensor replaced, following a bout of rough running and Engine Check light on the dashboard. I can't see how that might be related, but it's the only thing that's been done to the car for ages.
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance...
