W203 Coupe- SAM replaced- Help!!!

Hello Guys!

Im new to this forum so a quick hello to start.

Firstly I have 2003 C230 Kompressor coupe, last week I had the rear SAM replaced by the dealer who charged me a few hundred quid to replace, however my audio 10 radio is not turning on and my Indicators in my front headlamps are not working. The radio shows AUDIO _ _ _ in the instruments cluster with no power. Oh and lastly I cant open the bonnett, I had it open a few days ago and then tried to open it today and had no joy.

Your help is appreciated.

Firstly I would take it back to the dealers and ask them nicely to put it right.

I gave the car back to the dealership on Monday morning and a guy from the dealership has informed that they cannot open the bonnet , therefore they will have to damaged the grill to get into it, this all at my cost. The bonnet was fone fine when mobi life came and recovered the car. I am really not happy right now, it's taken them 2 days to tell me this! I feel that they are liable for this, Where do I stand with this???
