Couple days ago I noticed a slight knocking noise from the front drivers side wheel area when going over bumps.

I would like to check all lower ball joints, anti-roll bar links/bushes and torsion bar bushes but I don't know how. I would like to do it myself and my question is, what I should look for uner my weel? Do I have to take the weel off ? And where do I find all those parts - could someone point them for me on the picture from http://detali.ru (its a 203 746 C180 Kompressor car).
Iam a newbie but I would like to know bit more about my car.

I would appreciate any help.

Anti-roll bar links are by far the most common on the 203.
Physicaly grab the roll bar at the drivers side near the link and pull it up and down as hard as you can, if it is the link rods you should feel a slight movement from the ball joints on the link rods. Also push pull the bar side to side and see if there is much movement, if there is you could benefit from some new bushes. These have been modified and come with small rubber boots either side of the metal retaining brackets.
