W203 side lamp Bulb, covered under warranty?

Hello, we went ou in the heavy rail lst night and as I switched on the ignition a warning came up 'passenger side, side lamp'!

My question - will it be covered by warranty as the cars just over 2 years old? (We have move and live very close to a mb dealer than Halfords)

2nd question, what is the ref for the bulb and approx cost if I was to buy from Halfords?

Is it easy to replace?

There probably is no guarantee on bulbs, as the a disposable things and its hardly worth while, I am sure that if you went to halfords they would fit it free, you just remove the cover and put a new one in

I will phone from work and check it out wth merc. Howeer,I pretty sure you are spot on.
If merc covers ths, I will update, if note, then Halfords

And I should have said that any MB dealer would have changed the lamp on the spot
