Does anyone have a 'how to' paper on replacing a front window motor on a W203?

Confusing isnt it, I can print one off this evening, I have some computer problem right now

Sorted by logical deduction (aka trial and error).

Not the nicest of Jobs, not helped by my (admittedly cheapy) rivet gun breaking at 4pm on a bank holiday afternoon.
