W204 220 cdi blue efficiency estate egr valve location

I have looked at a few videos on line but haven't found one thst identifies the location of the egr valve on my car. Photo of engine attached. I would appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction

Fairly sure it's on the right , just up from the fuel filter ,near that silver bracket. It's fitted upside down on the om651 and a right bar steward to remove .

The cooler is under the vacuum reserve so that has to be taken off first.
Reserve easy enough, cooler a bit more difficult and EGR a right pain.
I did not go to the extent that Dave did in the video, nor is it as easy as it looks on the video.
You will need a long bendy extention for the underneath bolts.
There are two bolts at the back of the head and they are a right pain.
Then there are 3 bolts low down on the outside. Be prepared for skinned knuckles and a few swears. A mirror is handy.
The bottom bolt is under the vacuum actuator and that had to be removed first.
This is really only accessible from underneath...and a pain at that.
I do not envy you.

Thanks for the info I think i'll try the aerosol route first it's going to be a pain otherwise.
