W204 | C250 2011 Sports CDI losing power and all lights on dashboard appear.

Hi,

I have been having issues with my 2011 C250 CDI where under load the car cuts out and then struggles to turn back on. If I leave the car for half an hour I can then turn the car over and then under load again the car dies. When the car goes in "limp mode" all lights on the dash appear.

I have connected the ICarSoft MB V2.0 to the car and received no fault codes.

I believe air or this injection spill of may be broken. Any advice on replacing the part in the video (650 I believe) or testing if this part is faulty? the hissing noise sounds like air to me
