Yes - if a new C and a 5 series had an affair, that would be the result.
Thats what I have against the Japanese. I accept immitation is the sincerest form of flattery but i would be nice if just once, the Japanese had an original thought!
I'm sure the price would be good but I can honestly say that I've never driven a Japanese car with a personality.
A friend looked seriously at an accord (almost bought one) until he sat in my E that was!

There are so many interior styling cues taken almost directly from the facelifted W203 that it makes it virtually impossible to believe that it wasnt copied. Look at the instrument dial layout and centre front armrest for typical examples.
Nice car but I prefer the original thank you very much.

In many ways they remind me of children.
When the Germans make a car, it's normally quite groundbreaking and they keep it for 7-9 years or so.

Honda and friends tend to copy their main competitors. The problem they have is that any copy by definition, is going to arrive after the original. So, it's lifespan is going shorter.

So when the car they copied starts to look 'normal' as a new groundbreaker appears, (usually just as they release their copy) they rush off to copy that, always chasing the kid next door and never happy with what they've got.

Result, if you don't like the new Honda/Nissan/Toyota line up, give it a week and go back and see the new Honda/Nissan/Toyota line up!
