W204 Xenon headlight projector issue..

I purchased a xenon headlight for my facelift w204 and the projector seems to be stuck and does not self level/adjust? Is there a reset procedure somehow or is there a module/motor failed to cause this? I have the intelligent headlight system inactive alert on the dash too?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
