w205 c220d. I keep getting this error code P2454

Hello to everyone
I'm new to the forum. But I need your advice.

I have w205 c220d. I keep getting this error code P2454 even after we changed the dpf pressure sensor with brand new one. We did regen, didn't work. Last thing we did we dismounted the dpf and we did profesional cleaning with special chemicals and a machine. Still getting the error. The car drives great. I can feel the filter is not clogged, after we did the clean it drives even better ait accelerates really nice and smooth. This error keeps coming up that the sooth level is 400%. My mechanic said he can recommend only either getting new dpf, but I don't see why I need that, the car drives great and he can't guarantee this will stop the error. Or he said he can do a software modification and just block this error code from appearing and the ecu will disregard it.

What do you think?Any ideas what to do.

How regen was tried? These are needing forced regen during drive...

You have to adapt the new sensor otherwise it sees the values of the previous.

Hey Ivopivo!

I recently had the same issue with my c220 and I was told to try using a dpf cleaner because I didn't want to spend a fortune getting it cleaned at a garage. The good news is it seems to have cleared it for now... Just do a quick google and you'll find plenty of results where you can pick one up pretty cheap, I've left a link below as an example. I hope you get it fixed!
