W205 C300H Service BR?

Hi All

New to the forum

My car has come up with a service BR, the guy who services my car and has done since the car was out of warranty doesn't know what the additional items the service requires. Having spoken to him he said he can only find the service codes BK and BS, and is reluctant to service the car without knowing what additional items need to be checked or changed.

Ive searched the Web for hours and i can`t find any mention of a service BR, i can find loads of service B codes followed by numbers or letters but not the BR. Ive checked my service book and that's not very helpful either, could anybody offer any advice on what the service in-tales? My mechanic doesn't have access to the star diagnosis system either as i believe this will give the information as to what needs to be done
I`m reluctant to take the car to mercedes for them to charge me to find this information out, but im getting to the point that this maybe the only way forward

Ive attached a screen shot showing the workshop code and service code, any help would be much appreciated.
Just to Add the car has now done 138K miles

Time to find your nearest Merc indie with the right diagnostic kit, I think. I'm afraid I can't help with that code though, sorry.

You download the unique ID code from the instrument cluster and input that in to DSB. That will give you the accurate service guide for the additional extras.

If you dont have DSB you wont be able to log or service Mercedes vehicles properly.
