W205 heated seat cushions not working

Hi,

My cars heated seat cushions have not been working (seat back heats up fine).

Got a diagnostic done for another problem and the attached fault was displayed regarding the driver side heated cushion

The passenger one I think was fine (not sure) and it didn’t come up as a fault from the diagnostic but I’ve just checked and now the driver side cushion is also not working?

Could this be just an electrical fault or could it be the cushion elements have to both be replaced? The lights come on when you switch the heated seats on so don’t think it’s a fuse

Will take it a garage to get it looked into but anyone else have similar problems?

Hello mate, can You check You have a live on a seat socket? Best way it is a probe bulb.

I know next to nothing about electrics so excuse my stupidity. I don’t even know what a seat socket is and don’t have a probe bulb?

The seats back both the driver side and passenger side work fine and the heat indicator lights come on and stay on (but after they warm up go down to 2 red lights)
