w208 2.3 K water ingress

    Hi all,
    does anybody have the details for clearing the heater box drains?
    also i have a small lake under the cd changer, cannot see where it is coming in, any one had this and could give a clue?

    The water drain is on the passenger side under the bonnet clear it with a flexible length of wire then run fresh water down it to make suer its clear, as for the cd changer getting wet is this in the boot or glove box ?

    The heater box drain is actually in the bottom of the heater box and it comes out probably comes out under the passenger side front wheel wheel arch liner rear section, its 545 in the picture

    The water baffle drains are in front of the screen not much to them on the 208

    Hi,
    Try the rear lights as they can be a source for leaks in the boot.
    IIRC look behind the boot lining right at the bottom of the boot well on the drivers side as I,m sure there is some sort of plastic frame with a rubber flap on it that is open to the outside, it comes out behind the bumper on the side of the car.
