My drivers seat motor seems to "stick". All other movements other than move forward or move back - work fine, just the forward and back function. But... it is intermitant. If I tap the motor under the seat, it works again (for a short time) so I guess its a bad motor, or bad connection. How do I remove the motor to check/change? Is there anything else likely to be the problem?

It does sound like a bad motor, you should be able to remove the seat squab, have a look along front bottom edge, are there two srews ? if so take them out and lift off the squab and you can see all. If you get stuck,do come back
