Hi Guys,

For the past week or so my wing mirrors have not been able to fold out, only fold in.

Took them apart today (Cheers TV for the WIS) and all the mech and connectors appear to be working fine.

If I manually move them out slightly and press the Open button it tries to fold them in again.

See the video below, it shows the motor inside moving the same way for 1st open, then 2nd closing.

I would think the controller in the door, you should have a separate fuse that door, it may be worth pulling out and putting back in, its the first thing that I would do.

OK so its the same button for both doors so could be the switch then as you thought, there is nothing else in common to both doors

You wouldn't happen to have a WIS for removing the mirror dash controls would you? :)

I will print it off later in the say,,,,still keep thinking that if either door controller was locked up it could cause this, there is a fuse for both sides.

I would still pull each one and try to see if the other side is OK with a fuse out
