W209 Xenon / headlamps

Hello all,
I have a 2003 W209 CLK with standard Halogen headlamps. I just bought a set of Bi-Xenon's from eBay however these new headlamps have electronic range adjust, where my headlamps are pneumatic.

I stripped both headlamps down and there's no easy way to combine the two.

My questions are:

1) Are all W209 Xenon headlamps electric?
2) Do later CLK's have electric range adjust even with halogen?
3) Are pneumatic Xenons available?

All xenons have auto-levelling by sensors on the suspension, so they are all electricly adjusted. This is required by law on factory fitted xenons.
