w210 e class tyers

hi guys and good morning ! was checking my 210 pre mot and noticed it could do with 2 new rear tyers but on checking why are the front a different size ???
front 205/55/16
rear 225/50/16
is this normal ?? TIA kev

Assuming it's a W210 per your picture, they should be 215/55

:confused: well they are as stated above ? so what do you recomend i put on the rear ??

Thats the optional set up for the W202.

I would put the correct tyres on as stated and replace the fronts with the correct size when needed.

Yes many MB have different front and rear set ups, as the post above,just keep the same sizes

Assuming that it has the standard rims then yes. 215/55/16 alround.

Someone has been a cheapscate and fitted the cheaper and smaller 205/55/16 on the front. Whether the slightly smaller diameter causes you trouble with the ASR I wouldn't know.

Take it to a tyre place and get the rims checked. If someone has messed with the tyre sizes you need to be certain you have the right rims. Then you can put it back to standard, which would be 215/55/16
