Hi all

Can any one tell me where I can get a Drivers Handbook/Manual for an E320 as the one for the car was not present on purchase. Spoke to the local dealer who was distinctly uninterested

Thats sad as they do only come from a dealer, about £18 and two weeks.

Had a similar problem with my S320 -- Phoned the dealer and had one within 3 days via; Milton Keynes (head Office) cost £7-40p + vat.

Thats a good price Dave and well worth having. OK it cost me £18 for the Command book

Thanks for that chaps I'll give it another go with the dealer, the person I spoke to didn't seem to have the second brain cell talking to the first one!! If that doesn't work I'll try a different dealer

Just ordered a new handbook from Mercedes parts online for my 210 facelift. The cost is &6.34 + vat.

These guys are proving to be very competitive on price, also ordered oil, air, and fuel filters all discounted and only £3.75 p&p for the lot.

Havn't tried ordering from them before so will see what happens.

I would be interested how long the book takes to arrive as in my experience
it can take ages.

Just received all the service items including owner's manual using the MB parts online link above (Inchgate Group).

All items received, order online to parcelforce delivery, in 3 working days.

Very good service and with the cheap postage and discount on genuine parts very worthwhile, recommended.

The Handbook arrived today £26.20 inc Vat & Delivery. I ordered it on the 8th from MB Oxford so not bad..............

One small problem the one they sent is for an estate & mine is a saloon this despite being asked for the chassis no so they could send the right one

The guy I dealt with "Didn't understand how that could have happened" and promised to look into it "Right away" and call me back. Still waiting for the call, seems his definition of right away and mine are different, still he was polite.

Got the "Right away" call 5 hours later but at least I got it, but not the handbook seems they don't do one for saloons "That old" so if anyone has one going spare or I could borrow to copy I'd be very grateful

Sorry to ressurect this one, but I've still not had any luck in finding a handbook. Can someone tell me what the "ETS" light on bottom left of the instrument cluster is. The light comes on when I switch on the ignition and goes out whe then engine is started.

Pete these do come up on eBay from time to time. I see more pre-facelift W210 handbooks listed on eBay than the later 210 model (which I have).

BTW are you on the 968 forum? I have one too

Yep same as you excluding Rennlist. Still checking whether I will be free on that day. Will be an excellent gathering
