One stuck into this its quite easy should take no more than about an hour
Tools required

solder iron
braddle
socket set
Flathead screw driver
Hole cutter (generally supplied in Reverse alarm Kit)

1. Fit Display in Front of vehicle (I fit Mine above the right side air vent Below the speaker)
2 Feed the wire to rear of vehicle hiding under carpet trims to rear of the car

3 Remove Boot mat and trim fronm rear of boot, by prising the plastic plugs gently with a braddle

4. In The middle of where you removed the trim is a bolt undo this with your socket set but not fully yet

5 either side of that bolt hiding just behind the lining of the boot are two more again slacken them off but do not fully take them off yet

6 Gently pull the bumber free on the bolts (note the front ends of the bumber are guide rails by the wheel archs)

7 Once the who bumper is free to slide then undo all three bolts and remove bumper (placing a rug on the floor heer can prevent you accidently scratching the bumper
8 Once you have the bumper removed you will notice that on the inside there is markings for the 4 sensors location

9 Using the Hole saw drill from inside out for your guide hole, the drill from outside in to complete the hole, This leaves a much neater finish.

10 pop in the sensors accordingly (do Not Refit Bumper yet )

11. remove the bracket that the Jack Clips into and then feed the sensor wires through this hole into the boot

12. place two wires either side as you replace the jack clip

13 plug wires into sensor junction box

14 remove revese light bulb holder located on tailgate, and solder a wire to the holder for your + power feed this can be hidden under the boot lid liner then down the lid hinge and into the boot.

15 Connect the ground to the boot floor

16.Power up system and check the sensors work b4 replacing bumper

17. assuming all is ok, the slide bumper back onto guide rails pulling in the slack on the sensor wires

18 Refit the 3 nuts to secure the bumper

19 replace boot trim

20 enjoy your new reverse alarm

Thanks Cyps, that's just what I needed :)
I did it in my W124 coupe but thought the bumper might be harder to get off on the W210...obviously not!

Hi Did you take any photos? And can I ask you what brand of reversing sensor did you use. Also did you consider a wireless reversing camera instead and if you did why did you opt for the reversing sensor? Regards
